Small group? No problem. The instance adapts to you.
AutoBalance dynamically adjusts the difficulty of dungeon and raid encounters depending on the number of players in the instance.
Features include:
- Dungeon and raid creatures dynamically scale based on the number of players.
- Bosses and other creatures receive adjusted health, mana, and damage.
- Designed to make instances playable with smaller groups.
- Difficulty automatically adapts as the number of players changes.
- Players can use .ab mapstat to view the current scaling information.
- Players can use .ab creaturestat to inspect the scaling of a targeted creature.
What does this mean for you?
You don't necessarily need a full group to enjoy older or current dungeon content. AutoBalance dynamically adjusts encounters to provide a more appropriate challenge for the group you actually have.
Whether you're playing alone, with a few friends, or with a larger group, the instance difficulty will adapt accordingly.
